If you do not pre - register by June 23^rd  you will not receive any 4-H premiums

 

This form is a record of each exhibit you will bring to the 2011 Sargent County Fair. On the pre-registration form, list the FOUR OR FIVE DIGIT lot number, project name and a description of the exhibit (see examples below).  You may only enter one exhibit per lot number.  Make a copy of this pre-registration form for your records and return the original form to our office. 

ALL livestock entries must be listed on this form. 4-Hers do not have to specify which animal will be entered in the premium sale - one animal per species with the highest placing will be entered in the premium sale.
