           THE Sargent County Fair would like to extend an invitation to you to be a commercial exhibitor at our fair this year. The fair exhibit dates are Friday July 23rd from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., Saturday July 24^th from 10:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M., and Sunday July 25^th from 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Rental space is $45.00 for an 8x9 foot area. We also have 6-foot tables for rent at $20.00 each during the fair. This includes electricity, a fair gate pass for two people and night security in the building. The exhibitor is responsible to bring any display accessories that you may need such as extension cords, table cover, tape, staples, wire an etc. A fan may be brought because it can get warm in the building.

THE exhibitor is required to contact its insurance company to make sure their exhibit items are covered for damages, lost or stolen while on the fair property. The fair, county and/or personnel are not responsible for any type of personal or property damage. No fresh or cooked food will be allowed to be sold in the exhibit building. No pets/animals will be allowed in the building. Your signature at the bottom signifies your understanding of this.

BY completing the bottom portion of this registration and returning it to the Sargent County Fair Assoc. along with a check you can have a booth space reserved for you. Setup will be Thursday July 22^nd between 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. and Friday July 23rd between 1:00 P.M.  & 4:00 P.M. A floor plan will be displayed at the entrance showing the booth locations and each booth will be labeled with the renter’s title. If these setup times do not work for you please contact me for special arrangements. Setup will be on the south entrance of the exhibit building. The fair grounds are located on the east side of Hwy 32 in Forman ND. We hope to see you there.

THIS years Sargent County Fair will be the largest three-day event held in the county. This years fair will attract more spectators than any other event in the community. Each year a big part of our fair success is the commercial exhibitors that fill our exhibit building. As a commercial exhibitor at the Sargent County Fair it provides an opportunity for the attendees of the fair to view the products, services and organizations that are available in the area.

ONCE again the Sargent County Fair is having a drawing this year for all exhibitors. By completing the form below it also entitles you to a drawing at the end of the fair. The exhibitors’ name that is drawn will be entitled to a free booth next year.
